SearchGuru successfully helped Cigna achieved a 52% increase in keywords ranked on the 1st page in the search results. This consequently helped drive a significant increase in organic traffic, where in April 2019 organic traffic levels hit an all-time high in terms of the number of organic visits which resulted in a YOY growth of 102% and in May, 2019, YOY organic traffic growth was 70%.
