With a background in arts and psychology, plus over 15 years of agency creative experience in the US and China, Florence has developed successful multi-channel engagements ranging from digital to TV to print to behavioral CRM.
Not your traditional creative, Florence is a bridge between art and data, and psychology and technology. At RAPP Los Angeles, she helped establish the Visual and Interaction Design group to push forth the philosophy of creating more innovative human-centered experience, inspiring customers engagement for a variety of clients in the automotive, toys, finance and FMCG. Across the Pacific in China, she has brought the first in the auto industry full scale AR MKX to life. Currently at AKQA Shanghai, she’s designed innovative digital and social experiences in skincare, luxury, hospitality and fin-tech industries.
