Addy Cutts is Regional Director, SEA at Oracle Advertising and is responsible for day-to-day leadership of the sales and account management teams for Activation products (Audience & Context), and the account management team for Measurement solutions (MOAT).


Addy joined Oracle over six years ago and has served in a number of key leadership positions including overseeing sales for the Oracle DMP, formerly known as BlueKai, and leading sell-side SaaS for EMEA. He has more than 15 years’ experience in digital advertising, implementing data-driven marketing strategies for the Telegraph Media Group and BBC Worldwide, and more recently on the tech-side for VisualDNA (acquired by Nielsen). Addy is based in Singapore.
